Hello. I just got hooked up for Cox High Speed Internet last night. Things work fine on the Windows side, but I am having a problem with the Linux side.
I have set my Linux box for DHCP, and it is picking up a lease on an IP. A Cox nameserver is getting put into resolv.conf. I can ping the Cox gateway. However, I cannot resolve names or ping anything (even with the IP address) outside of the subnet. Are there any Cox users out there who have things up and running under Linux who could offer some suggestions? Thanks, John B. Cole
