Hi Dustin, Sounds like a great suggestion. However, I think I am doing this for me rather than the client and nothing has been formally discussed with the owner of the place; just the manager. I am just looking for possibilities for now. My best and cheapest alternative so far is a Linux box with an ncurses application and forget about the register completely. However, I am still really curious to know how this works.
