Thanks John, I'm looking for a general list so I get get the guys communicating in a manner like this. I'd also like to use this sort of thing as the main channel to deliver the newsletter. We have some 'communication problems' and its causing other problems. I'd like an email 'discussion' arena such as this to more or less open and render visible the inner goings on of this organization. Its a great org but certain people get out of the loop.
I've got a yahoo group set up but we have little participation in that list due to the fact that the member has to sign himself up. Some of the guys are not very computer savvy. I'd like to configure the initial list to contain the members who normally get the newsletter via email. If ya got pointers, I'd like to know.
