I ask why I have to pay for an operating system on a new computer that I have NO intention of ever using? The answer is that I don't!
If I want to purchase a computer (desktop, laptop, or notebook) I should be able to purchase it without an operating system and/or additional software that I did not request. As you have probably guessed, I will not purchasing from Sony. Can anyone recommend a laptop/notebook that can be purchased without Windows, but has been shown to work well with Linux? -K P.S. I too filled out the survey.
