Dell sells some computers with FreeDOS. They cannot sell any computer
without an OS because of their agreement with M$. I am sure this is the
case with other computer manufacturers too. So what Dell does is they do
not install any OS on the computer but put a copy of FreeDOS in the package
to full fill M$ service agreement. But the bad news is Dell sells computers
without OS to only large companies that buy large numbers of computers at a
time.
