If you are lucky enough to go through the entire day and not have to look at our touch a windows box, then congratulations! For the rest of us, MS viruses are real issues. If you want to be anal, even Open Source would be OT since this *is* a *Linux* list. But that isn't true... we already know there are a few BSD nerds on the list. I think the list is a geeky sorta list that happens to talk about unix/open source most of the time, but talk of MS viruses isn't completly OT, IMHO. And the list is still relatively small and doesn't generate _that_ much mail, so if something is OT and no one wants to talk about it, then no one will.
I am pretty lenient of OT posts i guess... if you don't want to read something, just press the 'd' key. Outlook users may have to press the "Delete" key, unless you're already klezified...hahaha -Ray On Wed, 25 Sep 2002, Larry Braud wrote: > Are you telling me the only OS the BRLUG uses is Open Source? > Larry > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "John Hebert" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: <[email protected]> > Sent: Wednesday, September 25, 2002 12:56 PM > Subject: Re: [brlug-general] The Klez virus and how it works. > > > > Hey Larry, > > > > I know you mean well with your post and all, but this > > is kinda off topic.
