Sorry about the confusion, I was talking about the ncurses configurator
for the kernel not x.( make menuconf while rebuilding ). I recall
sending a message regarding a problem with some modules or compile
errors. I was merely indicating that there is a bug with the x kernel
configurator ( make xmenuconf, not Xconfigurator ), at least that was
true with slackware 2.2 series and I have not used it since. I just
mentioned that becuase eliminating that posibility would be at least a
step away from solving the problem.
