We have a guy that runs a page like that for Libranet.  It has met
with limited success though.  I'd be interested.  I even have a
picture a few years old from when I still looked reasonably less
ugly.
A screen shot page might be nice.

Just curious, are you telling us you don't have enough to do and are
looking for a new hobby?
