In a word, squid! I think John Hebert did a presentation on it a long time ago (Coates hall at LSU?).... there was something he added to squid to do content filtering. then firewall it so that the only way she can view web pages is through the squid proxy. I believe that squid keeps a log also, so you could see where she had been.
