Oh, I forgot to mention that if you want to make sure she can't just go around 
the squid/squidgard proxy then you'll have to use some kind of stateful 
firewall filtering to tunnel all http data through port X.  X being the port 
that you set squid to use.
Iptables in linux 2.4.x does a fine job for me, and Monmotha, 
http://monmotha.mplug.org/firewall/index.php , has a great script that makes 
this easy to accomplish.
