Their contract also explicity forbids, "servers" of any kind.  They want to 
sell you hosting.  Following the FBI raids in Toledo for uncpping modems I took 
down my ftp server and won't put anything back.  They charged more than 20 
people with a felony, raided their houses and took all of their computers and 
anything that looked like a computer.  Nasty.

I thought Bellsouth was similar and hate them for manipulating their 
"available" database so that I could not continue with Telocity after moving 
less than a mile.  First they told me DSL was not availble for my house and 
that I'd have to cancel my Telocity account.  Two weeks later they called to 
tell me DSL was available.  They did not tell the same thing to Telocity and 
the availability disspeared never to return.  I read the Bellsouth contract at 
the time and saw that it forbade serving.
