I doubt even BellSouth knows, given the confused state of this page:

http://home.bellsouth.net/csbellsouth/s/s.dll?spage=cg/legal/legal_homepage.htm

It has changed again. The last time I looked into it I gave up finding useful
information on their site and pestered their sales people till someone pointed
me to the double secret web page that had the actual terms. My distinct
impression was that serving was forbidden and that Bellsouth in general had
needlessly complex and rapacious terms. My basis for compairison was Telocity,
which had a simple single page user agreement that did little more than forbid
destructive behavior and spam.

No disrespect to the techs, but the thing that counts is the thing that you
sign and all the junk it references. If Bellsouth decides to enforce those
terms there's little you or the techs can do about it.
