What's missing from openBSD? Debian has a non-US section full of encryption goodness that might be interesting to you. Along the lines of Bastille, I'm sure you are familiar with "Securing Debian manual:" http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-howto/index.en.html Lots of information that can be applied to any working Linux.
