when thinking about manufacturers. I've seen similar pages elsewhere on
the web that shed some light about how and where laptops are made
(search google for "truth about laptops"). Of course there's more to
consider, like warranty and service, when choosing a manufacturer. In my
experience, a laptop is often times only as good as its warranty--when
the warranty expires, so does the machine.
