I was really anxious today, waiting for my laptop to come in the mail. When it finally got here, and I opened up, I was slightly disappointed; what the website called a crack in the screen looked like someone hit it with a hammer. Nonetheless, I went around looking for an a/c adapter. After driving all around Lafayette, I found a really nice one at a RadioShack (both home and auto adapters, for a variety of different electronics at $119.99). I plugged it in at the RadioShack and was even more disappointed... less than half the screen was visible.
In all fairness, the website did say there was a crack, but failed to mention that it made the screen unusable. The site also said as is. I am disappointed and my parents are out of $320. On top of that, the same laptop, listed in much better condition, is on ebay for $66... What do you guys think I should do? here is the listing for the laptop I bought: http://www.StealitBack.com/scripts/listinginfo.asp?lotno=76769718 -- Mat Branyon http://www.louisiana.edu/~mwb7791 -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
