Im trying to get a page w3c certified, but into a problem.  Apparently
the use of the bordercolor attribute in the table tag is bad.  It
renders just fine in mozilla.  Are there any alternatives that give me
the same effect and the certification?

I use it when I get stumpped, it generally cears the
loose ends up for me.
