The complaint highlights the issue. A university is
aimed at some wh actually wants an education. Some
are well enough enabled to not need one, but have to
get one because of mommy and daddy. Even they will
leave with more than they came with. I got my degree
the hard way. I worked days and went to schol at
night, and worked nights and went to school while the
sun was out. I also was a parent, so quit whinning
and get back to the books.

I flipped burgers and eggs for a lot of years for me
degree. That degree has made a difference in my
bottom line. There are jobs you cannot even apply to
unless you have a degree.

Are there pinheaded PHDs, of course. Why should the
population of PHD's be different than the rest of the
popuation?

Citing one moron does not forgive you for quiting. A
quiter is a moron in any strata. If you want the
benefits, earn them. How hard is that to figure out?

Life is all about choices. Make yours and then shut
up about it.
