If you can SSH then check if your client can do port forwarding. I use a laptop and my solution is to SSH into a remote machine and then check mail using that SSH connection. To do this I just configure Eudora to use localhost for sending and retrieving mail. This means you can use your local MUA and still be secure. --- Dustin Puryear http://www.puryear-it.com
