Well, it happened anyway.  9 nukes were shutdown for the big blackout.  By 
federal law, they are required to have a certian amount of offsite power 
available, in case the world blows up.  When Windblows disabled monitoring 
software and that brought down several dinky coal plants, 9 nukes had to give 
their reactors the big thumbs down.  Want to know how much that sucks?
