When I see my NetWare servers giving the "Duplicate IP" message it's
usually because of a network broadcast storm where some device is
resending (duplicating) network packets.

It doesn't surpise me that you see IPX running like normal. That's
what it does. I just runs, I doesn't get bogged down like IP packets.
There is no checksumming, or packet overhead to breakdown. Which is
a good and bad thing. What version of NetWare are you running?
I have one Network with NetWare 5.1 and it's all IP only. It runs great!

I see that you found your problem, a fautly hub? I've seen that very
thing happen on my network. Stupid 8-port, 10meg hubs, you would think
that your all 100meg switched network could handle some stupid hub,
but nope, All the switches crap out too!

Well glad you fixed it, now you'll be pissed cause the next time it
happens it won't even be remotely in the same area! Well that's just
Moore's law any way.
