Maybe a little off topic, but I need to change the IP on a SunOS 5.6
Ultrasparc-II machine at work.
I know nothing about sunos machines, and I'm usually locked out of
everything, so I have not even been able to play around or explore.
I'm assuming I just need to edit : /etc/{resolv.conf, hosts, hostname.*,
netmasks, nodename, dumpadm.conf, net/*/hosts}
Is there anything else UNIX Gurus? Is there a GUI tool to do it? I'm
going to have to tell a windows sysadmin how to do it, so the simpler
the better.
Thanks!
Michael Dolan
