I have to second that.
~ I have used kde since kde 1.0 and have almost always bashed Konquror,
too slow, less then perfect css rendering etc etc... but in kde 3.2
konqueror has had a facelift. It is faster, more stable and much much
better with css.

You can use konqueror to view smb shares with smb:// , ssh servers
with fish:// , ftp servers with ftp:// or sftp:// for ftp through ssh
, imap mailboxes with imap:// , ldap directorys ldap:// , nntp,nfs,
ar, webdav, file, device, lan, rlan, the list goes on... I haven't
tested all of these but the ones I listed proto://

My favorite things about the 3.2 release has been kopete, kdewallet
and the improvements to konqurer.
kooka is looking nice as well tho it still has a ways to go.

Currently Im enjoying all the kde toys/tools/bloat and running
enlightenment as my wm and Rox-Session as my session manager. rox is
intended to have the look and feel of RISC OS. but I find it is very
customiseable and you can use any wm you choose and switch between
wm's easily.
