-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 with gentoo's USE="static"; compiling your editor should make it portable(and huge). If your CFLAGS variable uses march over mcpu then the system your moving the binary to must be the same processor sub-arch. You might need to override gentoo's CFLAGS setting when you compile.
| Any help would be greatly appreciated. Upgrading the system is not | an option because 8.1 differs quite a bit from 8.0. I would rather | change editors. ( even something like the ever hated VI, I still | feels sorry for those who use that editor, they will never think | normally ) we don't need pity for useing a superior editor. can you do global search and replace on regexp's in gphpedit? how about macros? shell commands? email? vim does syntax highlighting too, and you can map a key to lookup php function info. vi | vim takes some getting used to but once you are used to it you will be pressing keys in other editors before thinking, :wq -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFAZHHl6JFKsKsJemQRApFfAKCq6MIpj0nTKNWTQo+YO7GnlNQcdACgkGRi blhEztOpvZBid7Yburel55Y= =sGwJ -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
