I switched to Core 1 mid-winter and was very happy with it. I grabbed Core 2 via the torrent immediately after it was released and it's been great. More stable than core 1, faster on my old PII, and easy to install. If your not going to install X and the various desktops, it won't even be too bloated. Updates with Yum or apt are easy and quick. I've had less hassels with RPM dependancies than ever before. > Basically, I'm looking to setup a machine with apache, qmail, bind, openssh, > openssl, and a few dev tools. The only one of those that I'm not sure is standard with Fedora is qmail. Redhat's gone to postfix for the most part. Enjoy. -- Bryce T. Pier [EMAIL PROTECTED]
