I am not sure what country you are trying to call, but packet8 has
added some new international rate plans since I looked at their
website.  Looks like depending on which country you are trying to
call, you could actually get unlimited international for a higher
monthly premium.  If you are like my friend (his wife is in Thailand),
he spends a fortune on international calls.
