Well, a cheap alternative would be to use some
external service to redirect port traffic (like
DynDNS) from port 80 and 25 to another couple of ports
on your own home servers that aren't blocked.

Note that you should make sure you have power to the
boxes and so on. From your message I assume that
bandwidth isn't a problem.
