Tell me about it - and you still can't get an SLA from them. About the speed - here in Lafayette they just upped us from 128/1024 to 512/4096. The port blocks and dynamic IP are a pain but not insurrmountable (check out DynDNS.org). Also, did COX open up incoming port 21 - it was blocked but I noticed the other day it appeared to be open (they never listed it as blocked but I could never get through from the office until last week).
