That would be an interesting company, but I think Oracle has accounting, HRM 
and other support departments.  If it works for them and IBM, they will soon 
be offiring it to others.

Custom built VB6 apps are actually a good sign.  They show that companies are 
willing to write software for themselves when they need it.  Free software 
has much to offer them at a lower TCO.
