One fellow churchmember, that's all --- and he still hasn't made the switch yet. I'm talking about my clients. When presented with the facts (it's *free*, won't cost you hundreds of dollars just to boot and type a letter, is immune to Windows viruses, worms and spyware, won't crash every 15 minutes, and oh by the way is non-proprietary, so we can make changes if we need to and won't be forced to upgrade at a vendor's whim), they see the benefits and allow me to place Linux and OSS in their businesses where practical. In fact, I got the go-ahead yesterday from $client to attempt replacing a receptionist's winbox with Linux. If all her apps or suitable replacements work, Linux stays. -- Joey Kelly < Minister of the Gospel | Linux Consultant > http://joeykelly.net "I may have invented it, but Bill made it famous." --- David Bradley, the IBM employee that invented CTRL-ALT-DEL
