The deal with the monitor is that, it works on the 2 other computer I have.
And that this "out of sync" problem is why the computer was brought to me in
the
first place. It was/has been working fine, then all of a sudden, "out of
sync" problems and now,
I can't get it to boot. Just wondering if there was any other things I could
test?

There shouldn't be any "out of sync" problems when just showing the BIOS?
