Well, it has been a while since I actually evaluated the local ISPs, but I would hazard a guess that BellSouth (now AT&T?) would be out. Probably Cox too for that matter with your list of deal breakers. Cox offers a business class of service which is quite different from regular consumer class, so maybe. Do you have an exact location selected yet? Or are you still shopping for an appartment/house? If you are still shopping and may end up in Eatel's service area, maybe someone can shed some light on Eatel? They have fiber to the home.
