We did this two years back and I don't think anything's changed - COX business 
is the only choice - they do have some Internet techs who know what they are 
doing although their Internet phone service support is not something that I'd 
want to rely on.  However, they are not cheap if you want any decent bandwidth 
- the business bandwidth is a lot less than residential customers think they 
get.

Forget about establishing a relationship with a salesperson - they are moths in 
a flame.  Every time we talk to them it's someone different.

The last I heard Eatel were outsourcing all their Internet stuff - we used 
Eatel for years (and were one of their first customers) but they got out of the 
Baton Rouge area.  All of the other "local" ISPs all seemed to resell the 
BellSouth ADSL service.
