Wow. You do know that the right for all those power lines, cable lines, gas lines, etc that are all over are HEAVILY regulated by the state, right? You don't "own" the land that these things run over any more than you own the street or the side walk. Also, you're "freedom" is embodied in the choice you're able to make about who your ISP is. You are buying their product, under their terms. You can't by a Big Mac, and immediately turn around and claim the McDonald's is evil because there are sesame seeds on the bun. At the end of the day, you choosing the buy their service implies that you'll abide to their terms. They are not under any obligation to make everyone feel like what they are doing is right. They are obliged to do one thing - i.e., to legally make money for their shareholders. Cheers, Brett
