Hmm, I remember that Microsoft had made a comment that they thought that 
Linux had some IP of theirs, but they never pursued it. Nor did they 
publish details, so I think that was either FUD or they knew that going 
down the SCO route was a bad, bad, bad idea. Microsoft tends to have 
some smart people at the top, and I don't think they really ever 
considered a direct fight like that with Linux or OSS.

What code does Microsoft have that belongs to Linux? I've heard that 
one. I'd like to know more.
