Yeah but it does one thing REALLY well... (the kindle, have heard  
mixed stuff about the Sony reader). What I really want is to not have  
to carry 3 books around at a time. But now that ipad's out, it's kind  
of a compelling device. I don't know though... If it flops, publisher  
support for it will go to complete shit and then I still won't have a  
reader.

I hear you on the eInk though. I hate reading stuff on backlit  
screens...
