If you want to remove stop words, you need to do it by removing them from the
query.

But if it were me, I would not bother to remove stop words. The user typed it
in for a reason, and I would just leave it in the query.

Subject: [MarkLogic Dev General] Marklogic Stop Word

Hi Folks

Old and familiar question related to the stop word implementation in Marklogic.
I gone through the very old discussion related to the same topic (in the year
2009).

Do I still have to follow the approach to remove the stop words from the query
by using replace function ?. Can we have any other approach to do the same ?

Thanks in advance !
