The "Release Notes contents" page<http://www.jsoftware.com/help/release/contents.htm> says that m&v and v&n were extended in J4.06, 2001-05-09, and the actual changes were described in "m&v and u&n Extended"<http://www.jsoftware.com/help/release/bond.htm> . Probably the hardcopy dictionary you bought in 2003 was printed before that. Please check the online version<http://www.jsoftware.com/help/dictionary/contents.htm>for the latest developments.
