So it sounds like your real problem is getting the server to deliver
these images.

Until you address that, no urls will work.

So what I think you need to do is modify your ~config/folders.cfg so
that you have an entry for this directory.
(http://www.jsoftware.com/help/user/dirpaths.htm points at config.ijs
but that's out of date.)
