Running JQT under Windows 8 - details below. As of yesterday, I think, edit/find or ctrl-f results in new but inaccessible windows. Using alt-tab, I can see their icons/thumbnails displayed along with those of all active windows, but selecting one with alt-tab navigates to another active window, not necessarily relevant to J, and certainly not the required edit dialog box. Each edit/find or ctrl-f results in a new such inaccessible and thereby unusable window.
I'm not aware of having changed my J-environment recently, except that I restarted my laptop for a Windows 8/Microsoft update a few days ago and again this afternoon. This new behaviour started after the latest previous windows update but before today's most recent update; the update hasn't changed it. I have just now done a jqt update hoping the problem would go away, but no luck.
