Since the page is explicitly about the All in One install, I would remove 'Note that if you are running this script in the zip installation (not All-in-One), then this may give error messages on jqt files, which can be ignored for now. Once J console is loaded, then if you install the qtide (with install'qtide'), you should re-run the sierra-fix.command to remove quarantine on the jqt files.'
As you point out there is no need to run the jqt files in the AOI installation. If you wanted you could add 'At completion of the All in One installation the slim version of jqt will be installed. If you wish to have the full installation of jqt, then type install 'full' into the console and run sierra-fix again to clear the jqt files' If you are comfortable with that I could make that change when I get back to my computer.
