It is true that I contributed information, sometimes detailed, on most of the topics in NuVoc.  But what make it worthy of your praise are Ian's vision in organizing the material, his insistence on hewing to that line, and his ability to write prose that runs from the beginning-tutorial to the expert-user level.  The words in NuVoc are Ian's.

Thank you, Jim. I feel your bouquet shouldn't go unacknowledged.

NuVoc is not a walled garden: it is a wiki, so a lot of people have
contributed. If you see a mistake, go on – go ahead and correct it, and
join the blessed throng.

The upshot is, it hasn't been signed in any sort of celebratory banner,
like typical open-source products. But if you go to any page of NuVoc and
click the "View History" tab you'll see a list of contributors (for that
page).

So… thanks to all of you. Take a bow, folks. With loyal and proactive
forums like ours, J cannot fail.

To summarise though, 90% of NuVoc was written by Henry Rich, and it relies
100% on his know-how. I did a bit of copy-editing, mostly to reduce learned
pronouncements to baby-talk. I must take the credit for 100% of the
mistakes :\

I am in awe of the “nuvoc” effort to improve J documentation and

admiration the J language. Thank you all!

Pity there are so few of you bright enough to become proficient, and so
many of us that feel we shouldn’t use it unless we use it well. Sigh...
