Usually, under windows, if you set execute permission on the
containing directory, you have the option of setting those same
permissions recursively on everything inside that directory.

The trick, though, is understanding which user (on the client) is
being used (on the server, where you're setting permission). But if
your client has sufficient permissions to allow administrative actions
(if you get prompted to grant permission), that should sort itself
out.

The windows permissions system is intricate, though, so sometimes
there are surprising issues.
