Thanks for the interesting proposal first!

I would like to understand the connection between Xiaomi/mone and OzHera. Will 
OzHera be transferred from Xiaomi/mono to apache/incubator-ozhera while keeping 
the rest of the code unchanged? Can OzHera be used independently without 
Xiaomi/mono?
