Yes, we have the similar dependencies file in our repo e.g. 
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/apache/iggy/refs/heads/master/DEPENDENCIES.md

We do publish images to docker hub, but I'm not sure if it's related in any way 
to the mentioned licenses info for the source release distribution?
