It was only a matter of time before this came up as it always does on
mailing lists. The point of the Jakarta mailing lists is to build
community and keep discussions in the open. For some mailing lists
it is appropriate to not have the reply-to header point to the list,
for others it is. For the Jakarta mailing lists it is. My vote on
the proposal is:
