But they -also- want 24x7x365 support, SLA's, productized packaging, Service Packs, handholding, account management, SETUP.EXE installs for dummies and what not. Hmm - why does this sounds like a bizness plan I think I've seen before :-). But seriously - the aim of the folks here is to write that code that rocks and helps us get our jobs done.
