I wrote a reply but stupid gmail discarded it, anyways.
If we get beer for the meetings then everyone will come! :p
seriously Ahmad, you have to realize that we are NOT an entity, I
repeat, we are NOT an entity, we are just a couple of people with a
common interest, I personally have no interest in the LUG succeeding
(you need to define that) or failing simply because I don't care, I
really don't.

having said that, I'll be the first person to ditch the LUG if it
starts charging money because that goes against what I expect from a
LUG (and I expect nothing both ways).
