[Jgeneral] J Wiki and Forums search from Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2

Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2 have the ability 
to add any number of search engines, including custom 
ones to the convenient on-screen search field up on the right.

In particular, you can add J search engines 
(Internet Explorer using "Find More Providers" 
from the menu near search button.)
