As a workaround, would you try download unzip package from website as suggested
in jwiki and put the unzip.exe in the same folder as your j.exe, and change
Configure->External Programs->Windows Unzip to
unzip.exe -o -C
I guess this will introduce minimum change to you PC configuration.
