Alexander - is there a known problem with "0 : 0" (multi-line noun definition)? If I enter the following (in jee running under emacs): hi=: 0 : 0 howdy pard )

I've finally decided to upload a new version of j-mode.el although I haven't yet be able to test/enhance it for J 6.x because I'm unlikely to get around to install J 6.01 any time soon (or more precisely before the next ubuntu comes out) since it appears that I'd have to upgrade my system to install J 6.01 .
